What are the system requirements to view the films?

****Update for October 21, 2021: Known problem playing from recently updated Safari browser on Apple devices. Apple released their latest update a few days ago – and wouldn’t you know it.. it had a bug that is preventing some video playback services from working. If your system is not allowing you to play the film using the Safari Browser, please use Chrome or Firefox instead, the film should play without issue. The issue is with the Safari browser. Apple plans to release an update to fix this issue before October 25, 2021. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

You can watch on PCs running Windows 10, and Intel-based Macs running OSX 10.12+. You can also watch on Android tablets and phones using Microsoft Edge and on iPhones and iPads using Safari or Google Chrome. You will need a broadband or fiber internet connection - dial up will not work. You’ll find a complete list of requirements below.

You can cast from the browser on your device (Safari or Microsft Edge on iOS).

What are the viewing requirements for Windows computers?

We recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported. You will need a broadband or fibre internet connection - dial up will not work. The site will work using Safari, Opera version 75 or later and Google Chrome version 89 or later (to be safe, download the latest update.) Please note: Firefox is not currently supported due to the Google security breach.

Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Opera are your best bets on a PC, if your browser meets minimum requirements, to check if it does:

In your Edge browser input the following into the place where you would type a web address. (Instead of entering a website, please paste this into your browser bar): edge://gpu

Make sure the follow lines are as stated: “Compositing” is “Hardware Accelerated”. “Direct composition” is “true”. “PlayReady Hardware DRM support” is “true”.

What are the requirements for Mac computers?

MacOS 10.12 or later. Use Google Chrome version 89 (or later) or Safari as your web browser. We recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.

Can I watch content on my iPhone/iPad?

Yes, you can watch content using Safari, Google Chrome or Opera and this requires iOS 11.2 or later. We recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.

Can I watch content on my Android Device?

Yes, you can watch content using Android 6.0 or later on Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome version 89 or later. We recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.

I can’t stream any of the content, what’s going on?

Check your minimum system requirements above. We recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser.
We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fibre connections as we cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on ADSL. If all else fails, try restarting your computer as that often solves it.

What happens if I forget my password?

Simply click Forgot your password on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?

If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback.

What devices can I Chromecast from?

Chromecast is not currently working - due the latest update error on Google. (see above)
